We cut and sew in-house. That's why the lead time holds.

Cutting, sewing, filling, quilting, inspection and packing all happen in our own workshop in Nantong — the home textile cluster of China. No sub-contracting the critical steps, so when we commit to a date we control the schedule behind it.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

From 200 sets per design/colorway. Mixed sizes within one design count toward the same MOQ. For hotel linen programs we can discuss per-item quantities.

Yes. A counter sample in your fabric and size takes 3 days. Sample cost plus courier is on you, and the sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order.

10–15 days after deposit and spec confirmation for orders up to 10,000 sets. Peak season (Sep–Dec) runs longer, so we quote the realistic date on the PI, not the best-case one.

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L is standard. For trial orders we also accept full payment before shipment. L/C at sight for container-volume orders.

Yes — woven labels, care labels, hangtags, printed PVC bags or color boxes, and retail barcodes. Send artwork in vector; we'll send a photo of the finished packing for approval before mass production.

We quote FOB Shanghai / Nantong by default and work with your forwarder. If you don't have one, we can arrange CIF to your port through our partner forwarders.
